We love to hear from our customers, and we love the reviews.
They help us to be on the move: constantly improve and deliver precisely what people want.
“Write a review” competition
Our quarterly viral competition is now open for submissions.
What is your favourite KitchenWiz product?
Why do you like it? What do you like about it? Would you recommend it to others?
Remember: it doesn’t matter whether it is a big fridge freezer or a small hand blender.
What matters is your honest opinion.
A review which is good, informative and beneficial to other customers.
This competition edition will be open for submissions until Sunday, 30 April, 11:59 PM, and we will announce the winner on the 1st of June in the KitchenWiz Newsletter. The winning review will be published on our website and in the newsletter, and the winner will get an e-voucher worth £100 to spend in our online store.

No one likes scratches and burns on the induction hob. You can prevent them by following these few simple steps.
“Induction hobs are pretty robust and durable, but they can get damaged if you don’t treat them well”, says Jimmy Doo, Product Specialist from KitchenWiz. “There are some basic rules you can’t neglect”.
Make sure your induction plate is clean before you start cooking.
Small particles you can’t see can cause significant scratches. They are impossible to remove, and the surface will not look good.
Never move your pots on your cooking plate by pushing them.
Just lift them up and move. Forcing heavy pots around can cause micro-scratches. They are invisible, yes, but very dangerous in the long term. When your food boils over, it will get into those scratches. It will build up there and, after a time, this will give your cooker this nasty, burned look we all hate.
Clean your cooker regularly using a soft sponge and dedicated detergent.
Newer use of any metal tools or abrasive pads on your hob. By doing this, you would damage your induction hob beyond repair.
